RETURNS

 

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS. PLEASE EMAIL KP@KODYPHILLIPS.COM TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEM BACK.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include your order number.

Due to high shipping, duty, and handling costs, international returns are not accepted.

Items showing any signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from receipt of the return for processing. You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.
